Ingredients
  

  • 75% kale in volume
  • 25% fruits in volume
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds
  • 600 ml water adjust for texture

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until completely smooth.

Notes

Using frozen fruit instead of fresh gives this smoothie a thick, cold consistency without needing ice.
