Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flat mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 150 g shiitake mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 150 g oyster mushrooms
  • 120 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp tamari sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • parsley a large bunch, finely chopped

Method
 

  1. Place the mushrooms, stock, garlic and tamari sauce in a large frying pan.
  2. Season well with black pepper and cook over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring all the time.
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
