thinly sliced

vegetable stock

garlic cloves

tamari sauce
freshly ground black pepper
parsley
a large bunch, finely chopped
Method
Place the mushrooms, stock, garlic and tamari sauce in a large frying pan.
Season well with black pepper and cook over a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring all the time.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
