Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, 148g
  • 1 tbsp collagen hydrolysate
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 date
  • 1 cup nut milk 250ml

Method
 

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Blend for one minute. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Flaxseeds reduce chronic inflammation. Blueberries contain antibacterial compounds and antioxidants that improve eyesight and memory.
