Method
- Rinse the red lentils thoroughly and blend into a smooth batter with all other ingredients except the seeds.
- Stir in the mixed seeds.
- Shape into buns on a lined baking tray.
- Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 25 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Best eaten fresh. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. These work beautifully as burger buns or sandwich bases.
